Reviewer Evaluation Form
Each manuscript is reviewed and evaluated using the following form. The first section of the form asks the reviewer to provide their evaluation of specific aspects of the manuscript and asks then to provide their publication recommendation. The second part of the form asks the reviewer to provide their written comments to be directed to the author(s) and to the editors.
